1. Definitions

Teleservices: Refers to the Internet Service Provider offering broadband, leased line, or related internet services.

Services: Includes broadband, leased lines, static IP, Wi-Fi, and other internet connectivity solutions.

Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions, the Service Order Form, and any additional policies issued by the ISP.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to our internet services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Fair Usage Policy (FUP), and any other applicable regulatory guidelines.
3. Service Activation & Installation

Service activation is subject to feasibility, technical checks, and identity verification.

Installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to technical or regulatory factors.

Customer must provide safe access for installation and maintenance work.
4. Usage Policy

Customer agrees not to use the service for any illegal or malicious activity, including:

Sending spam or phishing emails

Hosting or distributing malware

Performing hacking, DDoS attacks, or unlawful surveillance

Service cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

Bandwidth and data usage are subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) and technical limitations.
5. Billing & Payment

Charges are as per the selected plan and applicable taxes.

Payments must be made within the due date mentioned on the invoice.

Late payment may result in service suspension, penalties, or termination.

Customer is responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid disconnection.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Maintain proper security of their devices connected to the network.

Avoid misuse that could impact network performance or other users.

Report any unauthorized usage or technical issue immediately to ISP.
7. Data Privacy & Security

ISP will take reasonable measures to protect customer data and privacy.

ISP may monitor and share data with authorities as required by law or government directives.

Customer acknowledges that no internet transmission is 100% secure, and ISP is not liable for external security breaches beyond its control.
8. Service Suspension & Termination

ISP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

Non-payment of dues

Breach of Terms & Conditions

Regulatory or legal requirements

Customer can terminate services by giving 30 days written notice, subject to early termination charges if applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability

ISP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses due to service disruptions, unless caused by gross negligence.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service due to factors like power failure, cable cuts, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
10. Force Majeure

ISP shall not be responsible for failure to deliver services due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural calamities, war, strikes, government action, or network failures.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [Insert City, e.g., Delhi/Mumbai] courts.
12. Amendments
ISP may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be available on the ISP’s official website.
